Sublimation

Sublimation

Finishing Treatment

Our sublimation printing uses heat and pressure to infuse ink directly into polyester fibers. This results in vibrant, soft prints that won’t crack, peel, or fade—even after multiple washes, ensuring long-lasting apparel quality.

Detailed Description:

Sublimation is ideal for creating vivid, all-over designs on light-colored polyester fabrics, commonly used in activewear and sportswear. It allows for complex, multi-color prints without limitations on coverage or detail, producing breathable and flexible garments.

The Challenges:

Sublimation works only on polyester or polyester blends, and it’s ineffective on cotton or dark fabrics. Maintaining consistent color vibrancy can be difficult if heat and pressure are not carefully controlled. Achieving sharp detail on complex designs requires precise calibration.

The Solutions:

We guide clients to choose suitable polyester fabrics to ensure optimal results. Our advanced machinery precisely controls temperature and pressure during printing. We conduct test prints to adjust and perfect colors and sharpness before full-scale production.

The way we work:

Clients provide design files and fabric preferences. We produce sample prints for approval and, once approved, begin full production with ongoing quality inspections to maintain consistent, vibrant results.
